Virtual Administrative Assistant Services
AKS Virtual Solutions have chosen to provide services on an hourly, per project (flat), or package basis.�
We offer three pricing plans to meet your specific needs:
- Hourly/Pay-As-You-Go Plan: Clients are billed an hourly rate for their projects. Hours are billed in 15-minute increments with a 2-hour minimum.
- Flat fee per Project: AKS Virtual Solutions will provide a quote for a client's project based on exact specifications provided by the client.
- Monthly Retainer: Clients benefit from a discounted rate and a dedicated amount of hours per month. Five retainer plans are available - 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 hours per month. Retainer clients have scheduling priority over hourly services.
We will provide you with an estimate for your project prior to starting any work and will work with you to make sure we stay within your budget. Detailed timesheets can be provided at your request.

Rates apply to time actually worked. Our fees do not include office supplies, paper, postage, courier, long distance, etc. These will be charged separately.

Your standard website includes a home page, about page and contact us page with and content (you provide the text). Of course your site is custom designed to your specifications - all content, site structure, graphic layout, color schemes, navigation and e-mail links, upload to your Internet Service Provider and optimization for search engines is included in the package price.
Your website will be optimized with keywords and submitted to the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing).
Your website will be created with XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
Web hosting and maintenance are charged separately.
